Driving Theory Test Coach Terms of Use (EULA)

Apple standard EULA

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, your use is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. The terms below apply in addition to it.

Licence

Orango Labs Ltd grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Driving Theory Test Coach on devices you own or control, for your own revision. You may not resell, redistribute or republish the app or its content.

Pro subscription

Pro Monthly is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks every hazard perception clip, unlimited timed mock tests and your test readiness score.

Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

Pro Lifetime

Pro Lifetime is a one-time, non-subscription purchase that unlocks the same Pro features for the life of the app on your store account. It does not renew and is not refundable except as required by law or by the store's own refund policy.

Content and disclaimer

The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) has given permission for the reproduction of Crown copyright material. DVSA does not accept responsibility for the accuracy of the reproduction. This product includes the DVSA revision question bank. Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.

The app is a revision aid. It is not the official DVSA theory test, is not a live test, and passing practice tests in the app does not guarantee any result in your real theory test.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Orango Labs Ltd excludes all implied warranties and is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
